I mentioned that this is a good product to have in case of hurricanes.  2015 was very unique in that 3 hurricanes came our way.

The ZeroWater products are great for the home.  It is also used in our office.  With the recent number of hurricanes coming to the Hawaiian islands, this is a wonderful product to have.

A Father's Day Dedication

Welcome to the launch of my new website.  In recognition of Father's Day, the first blog post goes out to my father, the late Judge Henry Wong, and to fathers in general.

A year ago, I purchased the license to the Hawaiian slack key song, Hanalei Morning by Jim Kimo West.  This song is dedicated to be my business theme song in honor of my father.  Henry was from Hanalei, loved orchids and Hawaiian music.

One of Henry's good friend is Mel Chow.  Mel happens to be in the musical group Sounds of Aloha.  Henry loved to listen to this group perform.  With permission from Mel, below are two favorite songs Henry loved and would have loved to share with you.  Follow the instructions below to download them into your collection.

On May 25, 2015, I returned to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl and witnessed the Memorial Celebration.  Here is a short video of the Royal Hawaiian Band playing God Bless America and Mel Chow sing with his group Sounds of Aloha.

I included a nice description of Mel Chow youtube's comment section.  Please read it on youtube if you get the chance.

Mel Chow is the cousin to UH football coach Norman Chow.  Mel has been active in sports his whole life.  He is also the honoree in the Iolani's 52nd Annual Fr. Bray Football Classic, Aug 2015.  Congratulations Mel!

When I expanded my dental office in 1987, both my father and father-in-law (the late Benson Lum), helped me build out my space with their talented hands.  I was truly blessed.  Both enriched my life beyond the call of duty.

May you be as blessed.

Happy Father’s Day from our family to yours.

Aloha,

Lawton C. E. Wong, DDS, Inc.
